Shipping

Please allow me to prepare your order/s 5 business days excluding transit time as most of the items are made to order.

To be updated and keep track on your package. You can check the status of your order at USPS website. Keep in mind that USPS can often take up to 24hrs to update a tracking status.

Local packages usually arrive in 1-4 business days from the date of initial shipment, while U.S shipping may take between 7-14 days to arrive. International packages may take up to 2 to 4+ weeks.

Once orders have been dropped off at USPS, Shop Rosita cannot be held responsible for any delays or losses. 

Returns and exchange

All sales are final and non refundable. Personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned.
Only we can accept the return or exchange If Item is defective.

No refunds on custom jewelry pieces so be sure that your order is final before checkout. Please send an email if you have any problems with your jewelry once you receive it. I/We will do our best to correct any issues.
If products are defective (broken, discolored, wrong size, wrong request, etc.), please contact us as soon as possible within 7 days. After 7 days, we won't be able to offer replacements. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back and any new shipping and handling fees applied.
